London Craft Club: Concrete Jewellery

  • The NINES 133 copeland road London (map)

Try out a modern take on craft with this fantastically creative crafty workshop. Design, cast and finish your own piece of pared back concrete jewellery with London Craft Club and our brilliant guest expert and jewellery designer Rhiannon Palmer. Rhiannon will guide you through everything you need to know to make a piece of unique and striking concrete jewellery in this fun and fascinating workshop.

There’s lots of support and guidance on how to design something that looks great, so it doesn’t matter if you’ve no crafty experience or don’t know what you’d like to create. Rhiannon will help you create your mould, and teach you the tricks to mixing, pouring and finishing your handiwork.

Please also note that concrete takes a few days to set fully so by the end of the workshop you will be leaving with partially set concrete in moulds. Carrier bags and an after care package will be provided at the end of the workshop but carrying a bag of partially set concrete may affect your plans after the workshop so please keep this in mind!

Don’t forget!!! We love glam but just be aware that you may get a few drips on your clothes or shoes, even though aprons and gloves are supplied. At the end of the workshop Rhiannon will introduce her own jewellery collection and there’s time for questions too.
